LEADERSHIP COACHING

M.O.K.L. offers individualized Leadership Coaching for Adult and Youth Leaders having some level of leadership responsibility and accountability. Through an array of Leadership Assessments, Individualized Leadership Counseling, and Professional Leadership Coaching, M.O.K.L. utilizes our 5P Proprietary System as the foundation of our five-week training program.

Peeling (Leadership DNA)

M.O.K.L. challenges clients to disrobe preconceived notions of self (current titles etc…) to identify psychological, mental, and physiological influences of current leadership patterns. Clients will participate in an initial (Pre) Leadership & Personality Assessment to identify their Leadership DNA.
