Dr. Carolyn R. Champion

Dr. Carolyn Ransom-Champion is an Independent Consultant and Chief Executive Officer of Maximizing Organizational & Kingdom Leaders, (M.O.K.L.), a Christian counseling, educational, and leadership development consulting firm. 

She is Founder/Chancellor of M.C.A., MOKL Christian Academy, a tuition free accredited seminary college.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of Sisters Achieving Victory Empowerment, & Dominion; (S.A.V.E.D.), Saving Our Sons; (S.O.S.) a Faith-based non-profit organization geared towards advocacy for ex-offender women, youth, and their families, affected by grief and loss in response to acts of violence and other social, economical, and emotional disparities. She currently provides Christian Counseling in her private practice. She is also the  Director and primary consultant for United Faith Christian Institute (UFCI) Bible Academy, Urban First Responders.

Working in the field of mental health, human services, trauma, and substance disorders for over twenty five years, Dr. Champion has taken a front row seat to the familial, economical, and community hardships that are in direct correlation to the absence of Godly principles, self-efficacy, and holistic leadership, which are essential in addressing trauma related issues our families and communities are experiencing.

In lieu of this Dr. Champion is dedicated to restoring and reconciling youth and families back to a sense of empowerment by providing a therapeutic environment  fostering healing and restoration, capable of  promoting emotional and mental wellness. 

Dr. Champion has secured her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership and Development, her Ph.D., in Clinical Pastoral Counseling,  she is certified with the state of Illinois as a C.A.D.C., she is the author of Kingdom Leadership…..I Was Born for This”, in addition to being a published author of “Speaking The Language of Our Youth, the Restorative Model, Jesus Wept, The Restorative Model, Grief,Grieving Through Biblical Principles, and When Your Covering is "Holey".
