Have you ever asked yourself “ Who Am I & Why Do I Matter...

Session one takes our participants through a deep dive of realizing that attached to your name is a destiny and purpose that creates your identity. Some of the topics that will be reviewed consist of but not limited to the following:

• What is your personal vision and mission statement 
• What have you been “called” to change
• Kingdom Leadership vs Marketplace Leadership...is there a difference 

What’s My Type

Session two confirms purpose in patterns. Through an array of Personality assessments, Five-Fold leadership assessments, Corporate Leadership Assessments, and Spiritual Gift assessments, Participants will  discover their leadership style and traits. Some of the topics that will be reviewed consist of but not limited to the following:

• What Makes Me A Leader
• Am I A Product Of My Leadership Experience
• Leadership Styles/Traits...Where Do I Fit In...

How May I Assist You

Session three identifies Leadership Etiquette by equipping Participants with  leadership skills and attributes. Some of the topics that will be reviewed consist of but not limited to the following:

• What is “good” Customer Service
• How many “languages” do I speak
• Multitasking/Burnout... Do I Know My Breaking Point 

What Type Of Fruit Falls From My Tree

Session Four challenges Participants to “Dig Deep”, confronting root issues influential to  eadership morals, ethics, and integrity while expressing how as leaders we reproduce ourselves. Some of the topics that will be reviewed consist of but not limited to:

• Transparency...What Am I Full Of 
• Am I Leading From My   Victories or My Wounds
• Team  Building/Planting Seeds

Session five equips Participants with 7 core values in Leadership 

The Honor In Honoring 

Session six identifies the fruit of honoring in leadership. Some of the topics that will be reviewed will consist of but not limited to:

• Leaders Are Human Beings...They Are Not Your God
• The “fruit of your lips”...
• Mirror  Mirror ...Is what you “see” really what you’re getting 

Counting The Cost

Session seven helps leaders confront the sacrifices of being a leader. Some of the topics that Participants will review will consist of but not limited to:

• Setting Realistic Goals 
• Where’s My Judas
• Is it Fruit Yet...Where’s my Elisha
